1. Who we are

This website, pearsonjones.com, is operated by JECE Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Pearson Jones ("Pearson Jones", "we", "us"). Our office is at 48 W 25th Street, Suite 602, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10010. You can contact us at support@pearsonjones.com.

2. Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States.

4. Products and prices

We describe our products and show their colors as accurately as we can, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see matches the product exactly. Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout, or sales tax where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including text, images and the Pearson Jones name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

9. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
