When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. That link shows where your parcel is at every step.
Find your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Pearson Jones and select the tracking link.
- Or sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout. Your orders and their tracking details are listed there.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern on a business day are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Transit takes 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive 7 to 10 business days after you order.
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or you cannot find your confirmation email, write to support@pearsonjones.com with your order number and we will look into it.
