Refund policy

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@pearsonjones.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
Once we approve the return, we email you the return address and instructions.
Send the items back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Returns sent without approval, or to any other address, may not be processed.

Return postage

Change of mind: you pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Faulty or wrong item: we pay return postage, and you choose a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charge.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available on every item within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock. Email us to arrange one.

Refunds

We inspect returns on arrival and approve refunds within 2 business days of receiving them. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
