Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Every order ships by tracked shipping for a flat $6.99. There is no free shipping threshold.

Delivery times

• Handling: 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern, or on a weekend or US public holiday, start processing the next business day.
• Transit: 6 to 8 business days.
• Total: most orders arrive 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email support@pearsonjones.com with your order number and we will help.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order has not yet been prepared.
